Photo, video and audio recordings may be taken at our events. Overview, group and atmosphere shots in which no individual person is intentionally foregrounded are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in documentation and public relations (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

For recordings in which you are clearly identifiable as an individual and which are intended for commercial use, we will obtain a separate, voluntary consent in advance (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). This consent is not a prerequisite for participation and may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

If you do not wish to appear in identifiable recordings, please notify us before the event begins.
